Check in from 2.00 p.m., checkout by 10.00 a.m. Late checkout and early checkin subject to availability, free of charge

BOOKING CONDITIONS

When booking deposit of 50% is required within 7 days for confirmation of booking.

Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Eftpos, and Cash ~ credit card payments can be made "over the phone".

Deposits may be transferred to a future date within 90 days of original reservation if cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to original reservation.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the original reservation and no future reservation is made we reserve the right to retain the full deposit.

All cancellations will attract a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Breakages/Damage/Excess Cleaning
Please notify us if any breakage, damage has occurred. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement of same. We know you will appreciate the high standard of Allawah Cottages, please leave in a clean and tidy situation to eliminate the need for an excess cleaning charge.

Bonds
Your credit card details are sufficient for a Bond. Your credit card will not be accessed without prior notification and then only for breakage/damage or excess cleaning.
